Doing the laundry, cleaning and washing are essential to everyday life - but they do pollute water. There can be many harmful ingredients in mainstream cleaning products including synthetic fragrances which can cause allergies and damage to the environment. Sonett are an ecologically conscious range of cleaning products that help protect nature - especially water - and are skin-friendly and economical to use. They are passionate about protecting natural water resources by using completely biodegradable raw materials that increase the cleaning performance of the water, while focusing on its reintegration afterwards to biodegrade naturally in the environment.

For delicate laundry, wool and silk up to 40 ° C; in the washing machine and for hand washing. Valuable pressed olive oil is processed into a soap in this product, which has excellent cleaning, caring and moisturizing properties for textiles made of wool and silk. With the help of the sugar surfactant, a soap-based mild detergent is created that is easy to handle even with hard water and retains all the positive properties of a soap detergent. The olive oil, rapeseed oil and sunflower oil as well as the essential lavender oil are 100% organically grown.

Olive soap: The fruits come from centuries-old olive groves in the Mediterranean region of Italy, Spain and Greece, from which the olive oil is obtained in controlled organic quality using mechanical processes such as pressing and centrifugation. Saponified with potassium hydroxide, it forms the main component of Sonett's olive detergent for wool and silk. Olive oil is the best oil raw material for a mild, moisturizing soap. Its balanced fatty acid composition, its healing, balancing effect on the heart and circulation and the remarkable development of the olive tree every 7 years show the special closeness and relationship of this oil to humans.

Rapeseed oil soap / sunflower oil soap: vegetable oil saponified with potassium hydroxide strengthens the washing power. Rapeseed, flax and sunflowers are among the few oil crops that are grown for oil production in our temperate Central European climate, also of controlled organic quality.

Ethanol: Made by fermenting starchy plants such as corn and potatoes. Ethanol helps to keep the soap liquid and at the same time improves the detergent's ability to dissolve grease.

Sugar surfactant: Sugar, starch and coconut fat are the raw materials for the sugar surfactant used. The proportion of sugar surfactant is matched to the soap content of the detergent in such a way that it is used to keep the calcium soap that forms in hard water in suspension and to prevent it from settling on the laundry.

The Unique Quality of Sonett Products :

The treatment of water plays an essential role at Sonett. All of the production water (currently approx. 10,000 l per day) is passed through a swirl system. We use the following providers to get your order to you as quickly and cheaply as possible:

DPD Couriers: €4.99 for next working day delivery up to 21kgs within Ireland.

Most orders will arrive with you the following day. Sometimes deliveries may take 2 days depending on what time you place your order. 2pm is our cut off for next day delivery but sometimes we can still add your order to the collection after this time. On rare occasions orders may take more than 2 days to deliver and we will let you know what the hold up is if this is the case.

Packaging:

We aim to use the least amount of packaging possible so we reuse the boxes and packaging we receive from suppliers so don't be alarmed if your new bubble bath arrives in a baby wipes box!

Click and Collect Orders:

Your click and collect orders are usually ready to collect within minutes of placing your order. We're open for click and collect from 10-5 Monday to Friday.  (If you need urgent breastfeeding items etc outside of these hours, please get in touch with siobhan@earthmother.ie and we'll try our best to get them to you).

1. At the sliding gates entrance to 49 Grange Avenue, turn left into the parking spaces nearest the back building. Follow the pedestrian walkway behind the yellow rail. If you've a little one in the car or want to maintain more social distance, give us a ring on 01-8397637 and we'll bring your order to your car. 

2. On foot, please stay left behind the yellow lines on the pedestrian walkway and don't cross the working forklift yard. 

Please do not drive or walk into the working yard/forklift area.

Number 49 is the last building on the right hand side (Brown building with sign for Heterochem at the front). Turn left at the gated entrance and around the corner for our parking spots. 

Northern Ireland
We do ship to Northern Ireland with DPD at a cost of €4.99. We do not offer free shipping to NI.

Europe Deliveries:

Shipping to Europe costs from €7.50 and takes 2+ days depending on your location - we ship through DPD Couriers & An Post. 

UK Deliveries:

Unfortunately since Brexit we cant ship to you in the UK without setting up a UK VAT number and as a small business its not an option for us, so we can’t ship anything unfortunately.

Worldwide deliveries:

We can use An Post Registered Post to ship around the world. Get in touch to discuss prices. 

Returns Policy:

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

You may return unworn garments like Modi Bodi Period Underwear or Boba baby wraps only in original unopened packaging for a credit or refund within 30 days of your purchase.
