GLS couriers will reopen on the 2nd January for deliveries on the 3rd Jan
An Post Parcel Post will reopen on the 28th so some deliveries may happen on the 29th or else the 2nd Jan.
Regular post will resume on the 28th and for emergency deliveries please leave a voicemail.
FREE DELIVERY on orders over €95!!!
We use the following providers to get your order to you as quickly and cheaply as possible:
GLS Couriers: €4.50 for next working day delivery up to 22kgs within Ireland.
Most orders will arrive with you the following day. Sometimes deliveries may take 2 days depending on what time you place your order. Midday is our cut off for next day delivery but sometimes we can still add your order to the collection after this time. On rare occasions orders may take more than 2 days to deliver and we will let you know what the hold up is if this is the case.
Letter Post for items that will fit through your letterbox:
Up to 50g €1.25
Up to 100g €2.70
Up to 250g €3.50
Up to 500g €4.50
Parcel Post for next day or following day parcel delivery: €5.95 up to 10kg
(The benefit of An Post delivery over GLS is that if nobody is home at the time of delivery, they will leave it at the nearest sorting office for you to collect in your own time).
Shipping to the UK and Europe costs from €6.50 and takes 2-3 days
We use An Post Registered Post or International couriers to ship around the world.
Prices vary depending on weight and can be calculated from your shopping basket.
Cocoonababy nests cost €37.50 to ship by registered post worldwide and take approx 5 working days to arrive.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply send us an email stating what the item is, why you wish to return it and when you purchased it. We will then email you instructions on how to return it to us to get your refund. Alternatively call us on +3531 9022712 with the same information.
Occasionally items may become out-of-stock so we will either part-ship your order or wait a short while for the remaining product/s to come back into stock before shipping. In either case we will inform you and you will only be charged for one delivery.
We aim to use the least amount of packaging possible so we reuse the boxes and packaging we receive from suppliers so don't be alarmed if your new bubble bath arrives in a baby wipes box!
