Our Summary: We love the tapas for our older kids and ourselves. The 5 compartment is perfect for lots of smaller snacks/salads or the 4 compartment works well if you want to pack a roll/sandwich and some smaller items like salads/hummus etc.

Please note:

Mould can form on the silicone if the box is stored closed without being fully dried.  This is considered to be a usage fault and Yumbox will not replace boxes where this has happened.  To prevent this always store Yumboxes open where possible, or closed only when they are fully dry.  If your box has developed mould this can be removed by soaking in vinegar / bi carb of soda or milton sterilising tablets.​

Christmas & New Year Deliveries.

Last order dates for delivery with DPD before Christmas is Weds 21st December. 

In the New Year DPD are shipping again from the 2nd January.

Christmas Click & Collect - We are open until Friday 23rd December until 1.00pm.

Ireland/Northern Ireland deliveries:

Free delivery on orders over €75

We use DPD Couriers who usually provide next day courier delivery from Monday to Friday and sometimes Saturdays if the local driver wants to work then. Delays can sometimes occur beyond our control so we advise you to always include postcode if you live in a rural area and always return missed calls if you are out and about on the day of delivery. Usually the driver can leave the order with a neighbour or behind the fence etc on your instructions. Delivery cost is €4.99 nationwide for up to 20kgs. If your order weighs more than 20kg, we will have to charge you €4.99 for a second delivery. You can check your parcel through your unique tracking number anytime at: DPD.ie Track & Trace. 

Midday is our cut off for next day delivery but sometimes we can still include your order after this time, if its urgent please ring us on 01-8397637. 

Click and Collect Orders:

Your click and collect orders are usually ready to collect within minutes of placing your order. We're open for click and collect from 10-5 Monday to Friday.  (If you need urgent breastfeeding items etc outside of these hours, please get in touch with siobhan@earthmother.ie and we'll try our best to get them to you).

1. At the sliding gates entrance to 49 Grange Avenue, turn left into the parking spaces nearest the back building. Follow the pedestrian walkway behind the yellow rail. If you've a little one in the car or want to maintain more social distance, give us a ring on 01-8397637 and we'll bring your order to your car. 

2. On foot, please stay left behind the yellow lines on the pedestrian walkway and don't cross the working forklift yard. 

Please do not drive or walk into the working yard/forklift area. 

Directions:

Turn into the industrial estate from Grange Road. 
Take a left at the first T junction
Number 49 is the last building on the right hand side (Brown building with sign for Heterochem at the front). Turn left at the gated entrance and around the corner for our parking spots. 

Europe Deliveries:

Shipping to Europe costs from €7.50 and takes 2+ days depending on your location - we ship through DPD Couriers & An Post. 

UK Deliveries:

Unfortunately since Brexit we cant ship to you in the UK without setting up a UK VAT number and as a small business its not an option for us, so we can’t ship anything unfortunately.

Worldwide deliveries:

We can use An Post Registered Post to ship around the world. Get in touch to discuss prices. 

Returns Policy:

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

You may return unworn garments like Modi Bodi Period Underwear or Boba baby wraps only in original unopened packaging for a credit or refund within 30 days of your purchase.
