Modibodi was founded to help people to better manage their periods, sweat and incontinence without the need for disposable pads, tampons or liners. It's a more comfortable, dignified solution that is better for our bodies and better for the environment. Modi Bodi want to give all bodies more confidence, supporting everything from periods and discharge, to light bladder leakage and weak pelvic floors or even perspiration.

Feels: Comfortable, secure and dry - all day and all night
Your Impact: Eliminate disposables, better for your body & the planet!

How to use Modibodi in 4 simple steps:
Rinse. Wash. Dry. Repeat. It's that easy! And safe. And comfortable. And a gazillion times better for the planet than disposable tampons or pads.
Step 1. Wash your Modibodi before wearing them for the first time. This will activate the technology in the gusset for maximum absorbency.
Step 2. Rinse in cold water after use <30° Do not soak, just rinse until the water runs clear.
Step 3. Cold wash (now or later) - In a delicates bag is even better (we sell mesh bags here)
Step 4. Hang dry. Reuse. Repeat! Go you eco warrior!
Step 5. Do not use fabric softener. This reduces the product’s function.
Let’s face it, periods are natural, normal and part of daily life – and yet for some they’re a source of stress, shame or stigma. Modibodi isn’t just about selling leak-proof underwear, it’s about giving it too. And so, in 2021, they’re ramping up their efforts to end period poverty through their Give a Pair program.
The Indonesian province of West Nusa Tenggara is one of the poorest in South East Asia, with significant clean water and sanitation challenges. Modibodi has partnered with Plan International and the United Nations WASH programme to help improve community health and hygiene. The pilot programme supplied 300 women with 1000 pairs in 2020, and they’ll supply underpants to a further 4,000 women in 2021.
It's estimated that over 100 billion menstrual disposables end up in landfill annually. Periods can be uncomfortable and wasteful, but the way you manage them doesn't have to be.
Modibodi has been named BEST PERIOD UNDIES by Glamour Magazine UK for 2021
Life changing! Bought these for my 13 year old and I/we cannot recommend them highly enough. She doesn't even think about her period during her day at school, even on a PE day!" Suzanne F.
