E Cloth Cleaning & Dusting Wand - Flexes for Hard to Reach Areas

Our summary: We got some of these about 5 years ago and they are still going strong in our home and are our go-to cloths over any others - and they're still as thick and absorbent as when we got them. The glass and polishing cloths have a cult following at this stage. We highly recommend you try some too as they'll still be going strong when all the cheaper cloths are worn out. We sometimes use cleaning sprays with ours but they work extremely well with just water too. 

The E-Cloth Cleaning & Dusting Wand extends your reach, leaving hard-to-reach spaces spick and span. It is lightweight and flexible, with a versatile flat 60cm long cleaning surface. It is also bendable, making light work of the tops of cupboards and wooden beams. The Cleaning & Dusting Wand's fibres are ideal for cleaning dirt and grime from hard to reach areas, such as behind radiators, under large appliances, on tops of cupboards, bookshelves and wooden beams. Use dry for dusting and damp for a deeper clean.

The durable stainless steel in the wand flexes so it’s easy to reach awkward places. The microfibre sleeve quickly traps dust, cobwebs, and pet hair. The long, super soft microfibres grab dust and dirt and won't let go, unlike ordinary dusters that move debris from one place to another.

You can also dampen the reusable sleeve with water to quickly remove dirt and grime.

How e-cloth Differs from Microfibre Cloths?

If you’re not familiar with the science behind e-cloth, you may think they’re just another type of microfibre cloth. There is actually much more to an e-cloth than there is to your typical microfibre cloth, and they’ve put a lot of research and development into creating high-performance cloths with revolutionary fibres that lift away more dirt, grease and bacteria, to leave your surfaces cleaner for longer – just using water.

You’ve probably come across microfibre cloths, and it’s likely that you’ve used them at some point. They’re used for cleaning many items, including homes, cars, pets and electronic gadgets. Microfibre cloths are made up of very small fibres which are capable of attaching to microscopic dirt, grease and bacteria particles. Because of this, microfibre cloths are able to pick up much more dirt and bacteria than your typical cleaning cloth made from cotton or other materials.

E-cloth take it further. Unlike e-cloths, microfibre cloths tend to have a flat weave, which means they have poorer absorption and cleaning properties. E-cloth fibres are at least 100 times finer than a human hair. These are then split into 16 minuscule fibre filaments which are processed depending on the cloths use, to provide the best characteristics for cleaning on different surfaces. This allows e-cloths to pick up even more dirt and bacteria than a regular microfibre cloth, leaving the surface cleaner and more hygienic.

We use the following providers to get your order to you as quickly and cheaply as possible:

DPD Couriers: €4.99 for next working day delivery up to 21kgs within Ireland.

Most orders will arrive with you the following day. Sometimes deliveries may take 2 days depending on what time you place your order. 2pm is our cut off for next day delivery but sometimes we can still add your order to the collection after this time. On rare occasions orders may take more than 2 days to deliver and we will let you know what the hold up is if this is the case.

Packaging:

We aim to use the least amount of packaging possible so we reuse the boxes and packaging we receive from suppliers so don't be alarmed if your new bubble bath arrives in a baby wipes box!

Click and Collect Orders:

Your click and collect orders are usually ready to collect within minutes of placing your order. We're open for click and collect from 10-5 Monday to Friday.  (If you need urgent breastfeeding items etc outside of these hours, please get in touch with siobhan@earthmother.ie and we'll try our best to get them to you).

If you've a little one in the car or want to maintain more social distance, give us a ring on 01-8397637 and we'll bring your order to your car. 

2. On foot, please stay left behind the yellow lines on the pedestrian walkway and don't cross the working forklift yard. 

Please do not drive or walk into the working yard/forklift area.

Northern Ireland
We do ship to Northern Ireland with DPD at a cost of €4.99. We do not offer free shipping to NI.

Europe Deliveries:

Shipping to Europe costs from €7.50 and takes 2+ days depending on your location - we ship through DPD Couriers & An Post. 

UK Deliveries:

Unfortunately since Brexit we cant ship to you in the UK without setting up a UK VAT number and as a small business its not an option for us, so we can’t ship anything unfortunately.

Worldwide deliveries:

We can use An Post Registered Post to ship around the world. Get in touch to discuss prices. 

Returns Policy:

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

You may return unworn garments like Modi Bodi Period Underwear or Boba baby wraps only in original unopened packaging for a credit or refund within 30 days of your purchase.
