The absorbent core of Beaming Baby Organic Bamboo Nappies is made from "Organic Bamboo fluff" , this is very finely shredded bamboo, which has the consistency of cotton wool. The Organic Bamboo Core provides enough absorbency to keep wetness away from your baby's sensitive skin for up to 12 hours.
The outer layer of the nappy is made from an Organic Bamboo Spunlace material, which is not only beautifully soft and keeps your baby's clothes dry, but it is also biodegradable and highly eco friendly.
The breathable inner layer of the nappy is made using a brushed recyclable fibre, which helps to keep your baby free from nappy rash. And so importantly, these nappies are completely free of the harsh chemicals found in standard high street brands.
The velcro-style fasteners are made from polypropylene; a 'Clean Plastic', these are designed to be strong enough for re-fastening and soft and smooth if they come into contact with your baby's sensitive skin. Designed to fit perfectly, with stretchy panels on both sides and at the back, as well as around the legs.

Why is bamboo good for the environment?
Bamboo is a fast growing and a naturally renewable tree-like grass. It requires little maintenance to farm as it doesn’t need any pesticides or herbicides and very little water to grow.
One of the biggest environmental benefits of bamboo is its ability to absorb carbon dioxide and produce oxygen.
Compared to an equivalent tree mass, bamboo produces 35% more oxygen and research has shown that bamboo can absorb as much as 12 tonnes of carbon dioxide per hectare per year. That’s a lot of carbon capture!
Bamboo also grows insanely fast, sometimes at a rate of 3 feet (90cm) per day.
When harvested bamboo re-grows from its own root system, so not only is this great from a naturally renewable perspective, but this also means that the soil and roots aren’t disturbed which is great for soil health and reduces soil erosion.

We use the following providers to get your order to you as quickly and cheaply as possible:
DPD Couriers: €4.99 for next working day delivery up to 21kgs within Ireland.
Most orders will arrive with you the following day. Sometimes deliveries may take 2 days depending on what time you place your order. 2pm is our cut off for next day delivery but sometimes we can still add your order to the collection after this time. On rare occasions orders may take more than 2 days to deliver and we will let you know what the hold up is if this is the case.
Packaging:
We aim to use the least amount of packaging possible so we reuse the boxes and packaging we receive from suppliers so don't be alarmed if your new bubble bath arrives in a baby wipes box!
Click and Collect Orders:
Your click and collect orders are usually ready to collect within minutes of placing your order. We're open for click and collect from 10-5 Monday to Friday. (If you need urgent breastfeeding items etc outside of these hours, please get in touch with siobhan@earthmother.ie and we'll try our best to get them to you).

If you've a little one in the car or want to maintain more social distance, give us a ring on 01-8397637 and we'll bring your order to your car.
2. On foot, please stay left behind the yellow lines on the pedestrian walkway and don't cross the working forklift yard.

We do ship to Northern Ireland with DPD at a cost of €4.99. We do not offer free shipping to NI.
Europe Deliveries:
Shipping to Europe costs from €7.50 and takes 2+ days depending on your location - we ship through DPD Couriers & An Post.
UK Deliveries:
Unfortunately since Brexit we cant ship to you in the UK without setting up a UK VAT number and as a small business its not an option for us, so we can’t ship anything unfortunately.
Worldwide deliveries:
We can use An Post Registered Post to ship around the world. Get in touch to discuss prices.
Returns Policy:
You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
You may return unworn garments like Modi Bodi Period Underwear or Boba baby wraps only in original unopened packaging for a credit or refund within 30 days of your purchase.
