LadyCup Menstrual Reusable Cup
For woman who want a more comfortable life
LadyCup is a new menstrual cup, designed to be introduced similarly to a tampon. During menstruation, menstrual blood is collected in the menstrual cup.
Made exclusively of medical silicone, which does not cause any known allergies.
No bacteria can remain on its entirely smooth surface, it does not absorb any liquids, and thus no changes of the natural vaginal environment occur.
By using LadyCup, the risk of bacterial disease is reduced and the occurrence of toxic shock syndrome (TSS), a danger, e.g. in the use of some tampons, is prevented.
LadyCup is also suitable for women who suffer from various eczemas or dermal allergies and allergies to tampons or latex materials. LadyCup is made from an absolutely neutral silicone material, which maintains a healthy vaginal environment and does not dehydrate the mucosa.
The utilised silicon does not contain: softeners, latex, BPA, phyhalates
- 100% full-value alternative to sanitary pads and tampons

- “regardful of the environment” – lifetime of up to 15 years if maintained correctly
- ecological and economical - return on the purchase price of LadyCup after only a few months
- silicone of maximum flexibility
- optimum size and design with a smooth surface for easy use and maintenance
- made of the highest quality German medical silicone, used exclusively in the medical and food industry
Disinfect LadyCup before every use. Introduce LadyCup with clean hands and while resting. To facilitate introduction, you can moisten the menstrual cup with water or use a water-based lubrication gel. Fold two times lengthwise and insert it. Upon proper insertion, LadyCup unfolds fully.
You can try to turn LadyCup slightly while holding its bottom part to ensure proper placement. Properly introduced and with the aid of your vaginal muscles, LadyCup does not turn and remains in the same position. It is placed low inside the vagina. In its proper position, the menstrual cup is placed in such a manner that no leaking should occur and there is no feeling of its presence in the body.
LadyCup retains min. 15,5 – 21,2/26 – 34,3 ml of menstrual blood. Thanks to its design, it is an ideal menstrual aid for all kinds of sports, travelling or common daily usage. LadyCup can be used safely at night as well. Your LadyCup can be used up to 12 hours daily without replacement. The stem design features raised bumps, to allow you to grip the stem better for easier removal. The strength of the silicone used has been chosen to achieve optimum flexibility.
TAKE OUT, EMPTY, RINSE
Depending on the menstrual flow, empty the cup approximately 2–5 times daily. Upon emptying, just rinse LadyCup with water. LadyCup can be also boiled or sterilized in the sterilization solution. Your choice of maintenance depends on your particular situation.
S(mall) – suitable for women who have not given birth to a child or women up to the age of 25 years
L(arge) – suitable for women who have given birth to a child or who are over the age of 25 years
Supplied with colourful cotton storage bag and instructions.
The absolutely smooth surface of LadyCup allows for very simple maintenance. LadyCup has no mark on its outside and inside surfaces, no inscriptions or other symbols.
Keep the cup in the enclosed cotton bag. If stored in a place free of UV radiation, LadyCup preserves its natural, clean “white” colour on a long-term basis. Do not put LadyCup into airtight packages. Boil or sterilize the menstrual cup at the end of the menstrual period. Of course, this is possible during menstruation, as well.
During menstruation, we recommend rinsing LadyCup with water and/or using a non-perfumed soap as basic maintenance. Perform maintenance as soon as possible upon emptying LadyCup, as this prevents drying of the menstrual blood which makes subsequent cleaning more difficult. If no water is available, e.g. toilet paper can be used.
