Better for your baby, better for the environment.

Kit & Kin is an award winning hypoallergenic eco friendly nappy made with sustainable materials that gives premium performance - as well as very cute designs.

And they've now made some exciting improvements to their nappies - with a new flash dry layer for instant dryness and patented channel technology to distribute liquid evenly around the nappy, your baby's bottom stays protected from leaks for up to 12 hours. And not only are they made from sustainably sourced, plant-based materials, but the packaging is now 100% sustainable - plus everything is produced in a 100% carbon neutral plant. How amazing is that?!

Benefits for you, your baby and the planet:

Featuring a part natural high-tech absorbent core that uses significantly fewer chemicals than standard nappies and lasts up to 12 hours, Kit & Kin helps protect your baby’s soft delicate skin and safeguard it from sensitive skin problems like eczema and nappy rash.

Sustainable materials are used to help end our dependency on non-renewable resources. The super absorbent core contains chlorine-free fluff pulp harvested from sustainably managed forests, the soft internal and outer lining are made with naturally derived, plant-based sustainable materials, and the front panels, tapes and anti-leak barriers are all made from an oxo-biodegradable material that can biodegrade within 3 to 6 years.

Because Kit & Kin use fewer chemicals than standard nappies, your baby will only come into contact with the most gentle and natural materials.

Made without chlorine processing, latex, lotions, fragrances, most common allergens, phthalates, optical brighteners, or organotins (MBT, DBT, TBT)

What are Kit & Kin nappies made from:

Kit & Kin have replaced much of the plastic materials you find in standard nappies with sustainable materials that are not only kinder to your baby’s skin but also helps to protect the future resources of our world. Traditional nappies are primarily made from plastics and will take anything up to 500 years to biodegrade.

The nappy’s absorbent core is made from natural cellulose (wood pulp) that is sourced from an FSC certified forest. The fluff is bleached using oxygen, not chlorine.

The nappy’s backsheet (outer layer) is 100% sustainable, derived from plant starch. The top sheet (between baby’s bum and the absorbent core) is made of a biodegradable PLA ( Polylactic acid). PLA might sound scary but is not and is ‘harmless’ bioplastic that has been derived from corn starch, a renewable resource. The nappy’s elastic leg cuffs and stretchy side panels have been designed to ensure a snug fit and superior performance.

Outer lining: 100% sustainable materials
Inner lining: 100% sustainable materials
Leg cuffs: 100% sustainable materials
Absorbent core: Totally chlorine free FSC® certified fluff pulp and bio-based SAP
Packaging: 100% sustainable

Love these nappies
12 February 2023  |

I would recommend these to anyone and everyone!
We had to start off with these, as our twins are small and the cloth nappies swamp them/leak right now.
The sizing (1) is great for them right now at 3kg and I think will last them till 5kg fine.
We have only had one leak in the first week of using them and they aren’t any more expensive than pampers if you get them in bulk. I would say well worth it from both the perspective of babies comfort, pocket and environmental impact.
There isn’t a blue line, but I think it’s very obvious to see when they are full from both feel (my babies butts feel rounder) and they go an off white and you can see the stain from poops.

Our little girl loves those nappies
22 January 2021  |

We are using these nappies for our little girl. They are two main reason why we chose them.
1 : our baby is very tiny and doesn't fit in other branded nappies. So we are really happy they exist
2 : We are looking into using as much Eco friendly stuff as possible. Kit & Kin are helping us doing this.

Great disposable nappy
27 February 2020  |

I bought these to use on our second child until he fits the cloth nappy stash. I like them and think they’re a great disposable nappy! The prints are super cute (my oldest is obsessed with fox print in the size 4 pack & the “bear” in the size 1) and they do a good job containing any potential leaks or explosions. My only suggestion: if using on a newborn, putting a bit of tissue into the nappy for the first few days will help to tell if your newborn has peed, because there’s no ‘blue line’ to tell you they’re wet.

Great nappies but sizing is small
20 July 2019  |

Bought these for my second baby trying to be more eco friendly, nappies themselves are great but sizing is very small, I bought size 1 for my newborn who was 9lbs 5oz at birth and he is out of them already in 2 weeks meaning I have only got to use half the box. Will order again but probably go straight to a size 3!

Good buy
11 July 2019  |

Having been using the size 1 for my baby girl and I find them great. I have tried other brands as well but I find these fit her well and it is very rare that we have had a leak. The odd poo-nami has breached the nappy but looking at what it was trying to contain I can understand how it happened and it has happened a lot less with these than others I’ve used. Will be purchasing the next size when she grows.
