We've been using one for the last week and we have totally fallen in love with it!! Why oh why didn't we get one before our little one was 10 months old!! She absolutely loves it too - spending hours already happily playing and watching the world from it. We went to the playground today with the 2 older boys and her in her ergo and instead of the usual having to lug her around in my arms or containing her in her pram, I was free to run around after the boys and she could join in the fun! As I said, love it!

As for comfort, I was a bit wary of my back having had 3 c-sections and not having had the energy or will to do some proper core muscle exercises until now, but it is so comfortable there are absolutely no niggles at all.  

We've been using the Ergobaby Organic Carrier (€127), but we have a great range in stock to suit every parent from the award winning Ergobaby Classic (€99) to the Ergobaby Performance (€112) for the great outdoors to the uber stylish Designer Range (€147).

We also have all the accessories to make life even easier - rain covers (€39), front pouches (€19) and back packs (€44) that can be clipped on for carrying all your bits and bobs - so handy!!

For newborn babies up to approx 4-6 months, you can use your Ergobaby carrier but you have to insert this infant carrier (€19) to protect your babies neck and head. There's a useful you tube video showing you how to use this.

Ergobaby have also thought of those little gnashers with some practical teething pads (from €10.50) which can be attached onto the straps to save them from getting soggy or losing thier colour with all that gnashing!

And finally there are waist extenders (€7.50) if you feel the regular one is a bit short.


We can't recommend this Ergobaby sling enough and in general we can't recommend slings enough for thier comfort and practicality - what rock have I been living under until now??!!! :)

We will expand the range and quantity as the service expands. Please feel free to let us know how we can shape it for you as we try and test the best way to provide this service.

Cloth Nappies:

Most people who take the plunge and use cloth nappies think it's the best move they ever made. But it's a big investment initially. So to help you experience them before making your purchase, we can offer you a trial pack of 10 bumgenius one size nappies for 2 week. This should give you enough time to get a good feel for how amazing they are!

Cost: €20 for 2 weeks plus fully refundable deposit of €170. 

The terms:
* The nappies will be 'preloved' (ie: they are not new) but will arrive to you clean and ready to use. 
* We expect to receive them back in the same excellent condition you received them in at the end of the fortnight. 
* You will receive a mixture of velcro and snaps fasteners so that you can decide which you prefer.
* You will receive full instructions for how to wash, care for and put the nappies on your baby. You can also ring us on 01-8390086 at any time with any questions.
* At the end of the 2 weeks, you will be responsible for the postage costs back to Earth Mother. (Usually approx €6)
* If the nappies do not arrive back in a reasonable time after the due date, we reserve the right to hold some or all of the deposit.
* If the nappies do not arrive back in a reasonable condition, we reserve the right to charge rom some or all of the nappies from the deposit.
* Once the nappies have arrived back safely and in good condition, the deposit will be immediatley refunded to your account.
* You will receive a discount code once the nappies have arrived back safely, entitling you to a free box of nappy liners with your order should you wish to buy some bumgenius nappies.

 

Slings:

We currently stock the organic jersey sling from Popolini which is a great all-rounder because it grows with your baby and can be worn on the front, back or hip. 

Cost to Hire: €10 for 2 weeks plus fully refundable deposit of €40

* The sling will be sent to you clean and ready to use and we expect to receive it back in the same condition
* Full instructions are available with the sling.
* At the end of the 2 weeks, you will be responsible for the postage costs back to Earth Mother. (approx €3)
