Making A Purchase

Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

Credit Card Security

Payments are made through our secure payment provider Paypal. You may use your existing Paypal account to pay or you can pay as a guest. Unfortunately we cannot process Laser cards through our checkout at this time. If you would prefer to pay by Laser please contact us on 01-8390086 and we can organise this.

Products and Pricing

Products may be withdrawn for sale from this website at any stage without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification. All prices on this website are in Euro, and that is what will be deducted from your debit/credit card. If you are purchasing using a non-Euro credit card (e.g. sterling) the exchange rate is applied by your bank and not by Earth Mother.

Price Match Guarantee:

Even though we are doing everything we can to bring you the cheapest eco-friendly baby products in Ireland, it is possible that sometimes we may miss something.

That is why we are happy to offer you a price match guarantee - if you find an item on our website cheaper elsewhere, we will do our best to match that price.

Please email or call us on 01-8390086 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) with your details, plus the web address of the cheaper item. Once the price is verified, we can continue with your order on the telephone.

Terms and conditions:
-Item must be identical (same manufacturer, specification etc)
-It must be a registered online shop - not auction sites such as ebay, or non-Irish sites
-We must be able to verify the price
-Items must be non-sale and non-promotional
-Price matching must take place prior to purchase of items - no refund will be given after purchase

We are happy to price match every item in our website! We regularly price match Tesco, Boots and other stores and adjust our prices if necessary. We tell you here exactly when we last checked our prices. (1/5/10)
