Payments:
Payments are made through our secure payment provider Paypal. You may use your existing Paypal account to pay or you can pay as a guest.

Unfortunately we cannot process Laser cards through our checkout at this time. If you would prefer to pay by Laser you can purchase them through our sister store www.myshops.ie or give us a call on 01-8390086 and we will process it for you.

Delivery rates within Ireland:
Free delivery on orders over €100!!

An Post parcel delivery anywhere in Ireland (approx 2 days delivery-but often arrives next day!)

Up to 100g €2.20
Up to 250g €2.70
Up to 500g €3.85
Up to 10kg €4.95

Next day courier delivery:
(for orders placed before 12 noon)

Flat rate of €6 nationwide
Flat rate of €12 for Northern Ireland

Most orders will arrive with you the following day. Sometimes deliveries may take 2 days depending on what time you place your order. Midday is our cut off for next day delivery but sometimes we can still add your order to the collection after this time. On rare occasions orders may take more than 2 days to deliver and we will let you know what the hold up is if this is the case.

Deliveries outside of Ireland/Northern Ireland:
Shipping to the UK is 3-4 days by road and costs from €18 to approx €25.
Most of Europe is 3-4 days by road also and costs from €23 to approx €35.
Anywhere else costs approx €55.

Exceptions:
There are a few items on the website subject to different delivery rates eg: the organic
mattresses. In these cases, it will state clearly on the product page that differing delivery rates apply.

NB!!!!! Please let us know your mobile number or a contact number that you will be able to answer if the delivery arrives and there is no-one at home. Please advise us if there is an alternative address that you will be at at the time of delivery. If you are not at home after 2 attempts at delivery, we have no choice but to pass on the extra charge of €8 for the 3rd attempt (this rarely happens).

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply send us an email stating what the item is, why you wish to return it and when you purchased it. We will then email you instructions on how to return it to us to get your refund. Alternatively call us on +3531 839 0086 with the same information.

Backorders:
Occasionally items may become out-of-stock so we will either part-ship your order or wait a short while for the remaining product/s to come back into stock before shipping. In either case we will inform you and you will only be charged for one delivery. 

Packaging:
We aim to use the least amount of packaging possible and use recycled packaging where possible.
